Rivera Sentenced for Nevares Murder

A Rochester man will spend 32 and a half years to life in prison for a city murder last year. Luis Rivera, 23, was sentenced Tuesday in Monroe County court. He was convicted last month of murdering Raymond Nevares, 21. Rivera shot Nevares outside a house on Evergreen Street in the summer of 2005.Save to My Web
