U.S. children now get an average of $2 a tooth from the Tooth Fairy, up 22 cents or 12.4 percent, from last year, according to a poll of members released last week by Eagan-based Securian Dental. Minnesota's average is $1.81 per tooth. This is the first time Securian conducted a poll for Minnesota so there is no year-ago comparison.Save to My Web
